Dr. Katrina Gallardo-Chang brings a wealth of clinical and academic expertise to the Sacramento Optometric Group. A "Double Bear," she completed both her undergraduate studies and her Doctorate of Optometry (2012) at UC Berkeley.
Her early career was defined by a commitment to community health at a Family Health Center in Atwater, CA, and a passion for education. As a former clinical instructor at the UC Berkeley School of Optometry, she spent years mentoring third- and fourth-year students in advanced clinical eye care.
Originally from Riverside, Dr. Gallardo-Chang joined our team in 2013. She remains an active leader in the professional community through her memberships in the California Optometric Association and the Sacramento Valley Optometric Society.
